On the 27th August 2020 Gina Cucciniello is running a free Wills and Trusts legal advice clinic for the Carers Centre in Brighton and Hove via Zoom.

The Carers Centre provide services for carers to help them cope with their situation and to get the support they are entitled to. As part of this The Carers Centre provide free half-hour sessions with local solicitors experienced in issues such as charging for home care/rest and nursing home placements and other Council services, NHS Continuing Care funding, Wills and Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney and the Mental Capacity Act.
