On the 19th November, Solicitor, Clare Finn is attending a free meeting for carers who look after someone with a life-limiting illness. Clare will be chatting to the group about Wills and Trusts, and how sometimes a Will is not enough when you look after a person with an illness.
The Carers Centre provide services for carers to help them cope with their situation and to get the support they are entitled to. As part of this The Carers Centre provides services with local solicitors experienced in issues such as charging for home care/rest and nursing home placements and other Council services, NHS Continuing Care funding, Wills and Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney and the Mental Capacity Act.
