Dimensions – Wills & Trust Seminar

2nd April 2020

Philip Warford will presents a Wills and Trust Planning for the Future seminar to parents and carers at Dimensions on the 2nd April 2020.

Dimensions support people with learning disabilities and autism to have a louder voice, choice and control in their lives. They have been in operation since 1976 and have over 7000 colleagues who deliver support to those who need it.

The purpose of our seminar is to help families make important decisions about how they will provide for their children after they are gone. Sometimes a Will is not enough when you have a son or daughter with a disability or who is vulnerable.

Philip talks about the use of a Discretionary or Disabled Persons Trust to enable you to leave inheritance to a loved one so that it won’t affect their means tested benefits or leave them financially at risk.

Areas covered:

  • Protecting a disabled person using Wills and Trusts
  • Guardians for minor children
  • Executors and Trustees
  • Letters of Wishes
  • Making Gifts in a Will
  • When to set up a Trust
  • Protect means tested benefits

Address:

Ifield Avenue, Ifield, Crawley, West Sussex, RH11 0JX
