Mencap’s Wills and Trust Service helps parents with the vital task of providing financial stability for their child’s future. They offer free and impartial advice on Wills and Trusts designed specifically for disabled and vulnerable people. As part of this, they run free two-hour seminars across the country, providing clear, helpful advice on how best to provide financial security for a relative with a learning disability.

The seminar on 24 September will be delivered by Philip Warford who specialises in this complex area of law.  He will help you understand the options available to you, and answer any questions you may have.
