Ella joined the Renaissance Trust team in January 2026 as a Trainee Trust Administrator. She graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a First-Class Honours degree in Law, and has developed a strong interest in compliance and administrative practice.
Before joining Renaissance Trust, Ella worked at Bosch as a Certification & Compliance Intern before progressing to the role of Administration Coordinator. These roles gave her valuable experience in regulatory processes, governance and organisational administration, which inspired her decision to pursue a career in Trusts.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys walking her dog and is a keen powerlifter. She is also taking on an abseil down the Spinnaker Tower in support of the Anthony Knights Foundation, a charity that provides equipment for disabled children.
