Philip is a highly experienced Trust lawyer and advises clients nationwide on Trust administration and management as well as acting as a Professional Deputy and Professional Attorney.
Philip has more than 30 years’ experience practicing law in Norfolk and the South East and is a founding member of Renaissance Trust with Scott Clayton.
Philip is also Managing Director of award-winning law firm Renaissance Legal, where he specialises in the creation of Trusts and protection of Inheritances for disabled and vulnerable people.
Philip is a member of STEP and is Chair of the STEP Sussex branch. He holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising Vulnerable Clients and a number of other specialist qualifications, including the Association of Lifetime Lawyers Older Client Care in Practice Award. He is recognised as a leading expert in the field of Private client law by prestigious legal directories The Legal 500 and Chambers UK.
In his spare time, Philip enjoys spending time in the gym including training in his relatively new-found passion of kickboxing, along with being on the beach any time of the year in any weather.
