Philip Warford from Renaissance Legal has been presenting workshops on Wills and Trusts, and Decision Making for Vulnerable People to parents at Chailey Heritage School for the last 5 years. Philip explains the issues clearly, and the sessions are always interesting, enjoyable and accessible to all. Parents find the sessions extremely helpful in understanding these complex areas and knowing how to proceed. Philip also recently presented a session to clinical staff on Mental Capacity Assessments and Deputyship. Staff found his expert explanation of these areas clear and comprehensive, and his ability to answer their specific questions was much appreciated.
