On Wednesday 3 November Philip Warford is delivering an evening Planning for the Future webinar for parents and carers who are unable to attend the presentation taking place earlier in the day.

To give clear and helpful advice on how best to provide financial security for a relative with a learning disability.
Philip will explain how a Trust can be a useful tool to help manage funds for a disabled or vulnerable person throughout their lifetime. How setting up a Trust will protect their vulnerability and any potential financial abuse; Allow the assets to be managed by people you choose; and to protect their entitlement to means tested benefits and support in the future.
